I also reviewed routes, daily traffic, and weather conditions to meet daily requirements and service needs, which led to an increase in on-time deliveries. Additionally, I responded to emergencies by initiating outbound calls to insurance agencies and emergency contacts of company managers, and reported delays, accidents, and other traffic and transportation situations directly to the manager, resulting in improved efficiency.

I am also skilled in using MS Office suite, understanding customer needs, time management, communication, data entry and maintenance, and planning, organizing and delivering high-quality service. Moreover, my former athletic experience has equipped me with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and I possess 13 sports certifications at the national and provincial level.

I am currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at George Brown College in Toronto, with an expected graduation date of April 2024. I have completed Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 2023, and I am a member of the Marketing Club and a George Brown volunteer member. My high school diploma is from Delhi Public School in Delhi, India, where I served as Head Boy.
