I am a Human Resources Generalist with expertise in Employee Relations and Labour Relations environments. I am a people-person who will automatically connect with others.  

For preparedness, prior to meeting I develop a series of questions.  I form no opinion and the individual affected explains their issue or concern.  I have the knowledge and experience to conduct a variety of investigations.  My portfolio is based on knowledge and experience.  I am competent in my skills and abilities.

 My strengths are customer service related as I grew my knowledge and skills when I worked at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa.  When we meet, you will notice my positive attitude. I am a team player and I am personable. I like to add value and contribute as part of the team.  I have the knowledge and experience you need to get the job done!  

I have expertise to conduct Harassment Investigations, Workplace Violence investigations having several years of industry knowledge and experience.  For preparedness, prior to meeting I develop a series of questions.  I form no opinion and the individual affected explains their issue or concern.  I have knowledge and experience necessary to conduct a variety of investigations.  ie. Harassment investigations, Human Rights claims and Workplace Violence claims. 

I have a designation, Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) coupled with a 3 year diploma from Algonquin College.
