About Capucine Merlin:

I am a person that loves animals, team sports, learning new skills, my family, people gatherings, the color turquoise,  mangos and much more! I'm also pretty funny (my dad says that so it must be true). 

I've been working at Bixi Montreal for 2 years now in customer service and would like to change a little bit of environment to see what the differences are between a small company like Bixi and a bigger one. I also have one of my oldest friend working at BMO (Daniel Hojbota) and he's the one that keeps telling me that I would be a great fit. Some of the skills I master are: problem solving, leadership in general, team leader, communication, independant, creativity, positivity even under pressure, and more. I would love to join your team at BMO because I am sure that it will benefit the team spirit and the service offered to your clients!

Experience

I am currently at Bixi Montreal working for my third year in customer service. A typical day would be to answer the entering calls, reply to emails, help out or collegues especially the new ones, making sure a CRM is sent with every call we get to help with the statistics but also to make sure the request is sent to the right department, if needed. We are also in contact with dispatch and other departements if the caller calls about a specific request. 

Education

I got a DES at College Sainte-Anne de Lachine, then went to College Brébeuf and got a DEC in Sciences Humaines Individus et Droits and am currently at Polytechnique for the first year of a three year Bac in Cybersecurity.
