As a part-time Software Engineer at Expo-Growth Marketing Corp., I led the redesign of an advanced AI-driven chatbot using Python, which resulted in a significant enhancement of customer engagement by autonomously resolving 95% of inquiries. I successfully implemented various APIs including OpenAI, Shopify, and Gmail to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, thereby improving overall customer satisfaction.

During my tenure as a Database/Middleware Admin Co-op at BC Liquor Distribution Branch from May 2022 to December 2022, I played a key role in transitioning JBoss services to WildFly in collaboration with other teams. This transition led to an impressive annual cost reduction of $43,200 USD, demonstrating my ability to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization effectively.

Additionally, I spearheaded the configuration of the RWP*Load Simulator to accurately replicate real-world workloads on an Oracle database. This initiative ensured robust testing and performance evaluation, ultimately enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our database systems.

Furthermore, I successfully managed and optimized multiple application components in middleware and database environments, showcasing my proficiency in maintaining and improving complex systems. My experience at BC Liquor Distribution Branch equipped me with valuable skills in database administration, middleware management, and performance optimization, which I am eager to apply in future roles.
