Charlie Kay

I am a Digital Transformation Consultant in Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting practice with seven years’ experience on a wide range of transformation programmes. I am a certified Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master and a certified SAFE 5.0 Product Owner / Product Manager with extensive experience in agile design and delivery on Scrum, SAFE and Waterfall programmes. Within Accenture, I am known for my skills in product management, business design and agile delivery. I love business design, whether it is designing customer journeys, product specifications or target operating models. I am currently a Product Manager on the Bank of England’s RTGS Renewal Programme and I am immensely proud of my contribution to date. I lead a team of ten designers (Product Owners, Business Analysts and UX designers) and as a team we are responsible for designing and supporting the build and overall implementation of several core products.
