My background in both hospitality management and design retail has strengthened my ability to manage spaces, understand client needs, and maintain an exceptional attention to detail.

In my current role as Lead Guest Services at Italian Kitchen by Glowbal Group, I manage floor plans, coordinate events, and oversee guest flow — responsibilities that require spatial awareness, creative problem-solving, and adaptability. This experience has taught me how to thrive in fast-paced environments where presentation and precision matter just as much as teamwork and communication.

Previously, as a Sales Associate at Goodge Place & World Mosaic Tile, I worked closely with interior designers, architects, and clients, helping with product selection, finishes, and design solutions. This exposure to the design process — from material sourcing to visual coordination — helped me develop a sharp eye for style, balance, and function, all of which are essential in staging.

Having also spent several years in leadership and client-facing roles, I’ve built elite customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner that help me connect easily with clients and team members alike.

I’m currently completing my Certificate in Interior Decorating at Durham College (2025–2026), where I’m continuing to develop my understanding of colour theory, space planning, and design principles.

Before that, I studied Interior Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Wilson School of Design (2022–2024), where I built foundational skills in hand drafting, AutoCAD, and concept development.

Earlier, at Simon Fraser University (2018–2022), I focused on Sociology and General Studies, which gave me valuable insight into how people interact with their environments — something that continues to inform my approach to creating spaces that feel comfortable, intentional, and memorable.
