With over a decade of diverse professional experience, I have honed my skills in supervising utilities and customer service at Metropolitan Naga Water District, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction. Concurrently, as Director for Student & External Affairs at Archangel Saint Michael Academy, I've driven strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and student welfare. Additionally, my role as a part-time instructor at Naga College Foundation allowed me to impart knowledge and mentor students in relevant subjects. I've also gained valuable hospitality and service experience as an on-call server at Biggs Inc., and as a part-time crew member at Shakey's Avenue Square Naga. Currently serving as Sales Assistant Manager at Armandi Office and School Supplies Trading, I excel in managing sales operations and fostering client relationships. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Accountancy from the University of Nueva Caceres, laying a solid foundation in financial expertise and strategic business acumen from 1997 to 2002. Building upon this, I pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration, culminating in a standout achievement for best oral defense, demonstrating my proficiency in leadership and governance. Additionally, I successfully passed both the Career Service Sub-Professional Exam and the Licensure Examination for Teachers, affirming my commitment to continuous learning and excellence in professional service.
