Chris Badali

Strategic finance leader with 15+ years of experience across SaaS, eCommerce, and CPG. I specialize in building finance functions from the ground up, raising capital, implementing ERP systems, and scaling operational infrastructure. As a collaborative, low-ego partner to founders and executive teams, I’ve supported $15M+ in funding rounds and helped high-growth businesses optimize performance, improve profitability, and unlock new growth opportunities. I'm a CPA and strategic finance leader with 15+ years of experience across SaaS, eCommerce, and CPG. Most recently, I was Founder & CEO of Wondy, a VC-backed SaaS platform optimizing fulfillment and financial operations for eCommerce brands. Before that, I served as CFO at Creepy Company, a high-growth DTC brand, where I led all aspects of finance, including digital ad spend, inventory planning, and multi-channel revenue forecasting. I built the financial infrastructure from the ground up, implemented ERP and reporting systems, and supported multi-million dollar equity financings to fuel growth.

Prior to Creepy, I was Head of Finance at Jiffy, the largest retailer of blank apparel in the US. There, I helped scale operations across multiple geograpues, introduced unit economics and cohort-based LTV/CAC reporting, and supported marketplace expansion strategy. I also built the company’s FP&A and accounting functions from scratch and worked closely with the CEO on pricing, workforce planning, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to these roles I spent 10 years in finance and strategy roles supporting high-growth businesses—advising on M&A, leading audit and tax engagements, and helping companies scale through operational and financial transformation.

I hold a Master of Management & Professional Accounting from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and am a designated CPA, CA.
