Over the course of my career, I have advanced from my initial role as CAD technician to become an
architect. My ambition is to be more diverse in my field. My supervisor, General Manager, Lincoln
Lin, will attest to my attention to detail and quality, cost consciousness, and readiness to assume the
responsibilities of a Project Manager.
A few of my qualifications and skills for this position include:
 Over 8 years of residential home construction experience, with the proven ability to
interpret blueprints and ensure that all tasks are performed on time and below budget.
 Over 6 years of Corporate image design; interior design; space planning and tenant
improvement.
 The completion of my post graduate degree in Architecture (BArch); and Master of Science
in Construction Management (MSc. Building) from the University of the Witwatersrand,
South Africa.
 Revit drawing system design for First National Bank with rollout of over 150 branches.
 Proven ability to collaborate with project subcontractors, engineers and relevant
stakeholders to keep all project phases on schedule.
 Strong leadership skills, motivating team members through personal dedication to quality,
