Life After Fifty, Windsor, Ontario

• Facilitated regular social telephone programming with older adults aged 50+
• Engaged in friendly telephone conversations with three clients each week and documented comprehensive case notes based on these conversations
• Researched community resources available to older adults in Windsor-Essex County and added to the agency’s resource binder
• Researched best practices with older adults who are newcomers to Canada, LGBTQ+
• Conducted intake assessments over the phone for the agency’s home maintenance and telephone assurance programs
