Technical review of the Contractor deliverables pertaining to the process engineering for the ongoing EPC Projects. Preparation of Technical specification for the FEED projects.
• Involved in various testing of process facility and related equipments like Factory acceptance test (FAT), Site Acceptance test (SAT) and Performance acceptance test (PAT). Active involvement in all Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of Process and Manufacturing facilities
• Solid knowledge in process engineering softwares such as Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, PIPENET, Promax, Flowmaster, HTRI, Instrucalc, Multiscale Version 8.2.
• Familiar with National and International design codes & standards like API, SHELL, ASME, NACE and Company Standards

• Experience in leading the team of Engineers and technicians to deliver the Production targets, managing the inventory of the raw materials & finished goods, adherence to the quality control procedures to meet the product quality in the continuous process industry. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the facility aiming towards a operational excellence through direct energy conservation, cost reduction techniques and analyze the cost of production.
• Trouble shooting of technical problems affecting plant efficiency, carry out investigations to overcome them and present accurate incident reports. Preparation of Monthly/Annual Line performance reports highlighting the achievements and scope of improvements.
• Active member and lead many Lean Six Sigma Projects of Customer importance using the DMAIC methodology using MINITAB Statistical software.
• Identify and provide customized training programs for various groups of people.
