Record Customers information from hard copies to one centralized data base system and ensure that the information that is captured is accurate and in good standard.Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness.Complete forms and edit current information, i.e. electronic system. and read the information and enter the data into the necessary fields.

SALES EXECUTIVE OFFICER

I was Responsible for the monitoring, receiving, checking/vetting all request from customers accordingly and Managed the day-to-day operations of the office,Organized and maintained files and records.

 I was also responsible for the preparation, processing and posting of all enquirers quotations,requisitions and customer sales orders to ensure that all sales operational activities are well carried out and responsible for all customers, interactions, whiles ensuring all the relevant information are carefully checked and well recorded accordingly. Ensured that, the right items are supplied to meet the customer unique demands and also to ensure that all sales related documentations are filed accordingly.
