Diane Kellow

I found my forever career just over ten years ago. Over the past five years what I have come to love about my role in working with companies is the consulting aspect. I find great satisfaction in helping strategize with a client or department over their recruitment goals, org chart development, hiring practices and coaching the various departments on how to interview. 

From consulting with clients, writing my own tailored job ads, reviewing resumes, phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and candidate presentations to the client there isn’t a single aspect of my career that doesn’t bring me great joy. Recruitment and helping others thrive are what fuel my soul. I am told weekly that the reason people love working with me is because of my passion, my unique approach to recruitment and my enthusiasm for connecting the right candidates to the right companies. 

At this point in my career, I would love the opportunity to work inside a company and solely be responsible for one company’s direction, brand and candidate experience. I know leading a recruitment team and working with the various departments is where I would love to be. Coaching, collaboration and world-class processes are what I love.
