Dominic Micallef

New business development manager for creative marketing agencies, specialising in sport and entertainment. I thrive working in fast-paced environments and have proven success building and mainting client relationships, and creating connections with some of the world's biggest brands. I have extensive management experience and pride myself on my commitment to producing engaging content, building on skills cultivated through my background in journalism.

In my recent role as a Senior Account Manager at The Future Factory, a specialist new business development and lead generation agency for creative agencies, I have greatly developed my skills in a variety of areas. During this role, one of my main clients was FUSE Sports & Entertainment, a global sponsorships agency working with the likes of PepsiCo, Google, Nissan and many more. My role was to develop relationships with potential new clients and begin the process of collaboration between the agency and suitable brands. This was a greatly successful client of mine and taught me everything there is to know about the amazing world of sports and entertainment sponsorships from the behind the scenes perspective.

Alongside the new business side of this role I took on the responsibility of Head Coach, helping to guide new starters through the probationary period of their employment at The Future Factory. I relished this position and thrived on helping to give new starters all the tools they need to achieve success in new business and lead generation, as well as being a supportive person for them to turn to for help.

I have a Bachelors degree in Journalism, which has given me a wide variety of skills in content development, client relationship management and time/ work organisation.
