• After the pandemic, my career got shaken up and things went on in an unexpected way: I found myself doing sales jobs which I had never thought I would do it before. I was a real estate agent in 2022 at Novaland (one of the biggest property firms in Vietnam). In 2023, I was an insurance agent at Manulife Vietnam (the biggest Canadian insurance company in Vietnam). Although I did bring some results to the companies (3.3mil CAD in real estate sales, 13,000 CAD in insurance sales), I was still inclined to Human Resources. That's the reason why I grasped the opportunity to come to Canada in March 2024 to earn knowledge from the MBA program to pursue the Human Resources career.

MARKETING & HR TEAM LEAD | WeSport (Startup)                                                              04/2019 – 04/2021

• Conducted recruitment processes for team members emphasizing punctuality, sporty vibe, and can-do attitude, resulting in quality hires and increasing collaboration and productivity within the team.  
• Designed and delivered onboarding for new employees including orientation on company values and policies, resulting in a harmonious workplace. 
• Conducted a marketing plan to debut WeSport app and got 1,000 downloads during the first week, a marketing plan to double the number of followers of our Facebook page.   
• Conducted regular stand-up meetings to assess team progress and address challenges effectively, leading to team members’ job satisfaction and increased dedication.   
• Developed marketing activity schedules using Google Sheets for team’s preparation and execution processes, resulting in doubling the number of fanpage followers after 1 month.
• Collaborated with team to successfully organize a marketing campaign, 2 mini football tournaments, and 12 networking events in the year which not only reduced expenses spent for hiring outsourcing agent but also expanded the pool of potential investors & clients.
