Donna-Joy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20+ years of experience, providing HR support and guidance through the building of strong relationships and delivering best practice advice to senior leadership and employees. Donna-Joy leads all human resources activities, plans, budgets and programs.  Donna-Joy has personally administered entire payroll and benefits for organizations between 250 - 400 as well as supervised and led payroll and benefits for those organization that are 750 employees.  Donna-Joy has lead full-cycle recruitment as well as all labour relations aspects including grievance handling, investigations, and preparation for collective bargaining including leading bargaining at the table.  Donna-Joy has experience in amending current human resources forms and documents as well as experience leading Occupational Health and Safety.
