I have gained valuable experience in both customer service and marketing, combining creativity with strong interpersonal skills. Currently working as a Customer Service Associate at La Maison Simons, I provide personalized fashion advice, resolve customer needs, and contribute to sales goals with professionalism and enthusiasm. Previously, I completed a Marketing Internship at CECCE, where I coordinated events, collaborated on projects, and mastered digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Asana. These experiences have allowed me to strengthen my skills in communication, problem-solving, and project management, while fueling my passion for digital marketing and customer engagement.

I am currently a 4rd Year Bachelor of Commerce student specializing in Marketing at the University of Ottawa (Telfer School of Management), expected graduation in 2025.
