About Enoch Wamalwa:
In my current position as Manager, Security and Loss Prevention for Thermea Spa Village, I am responsible for guiding the development and implementation of security programs, managing staff and budgets, leading risk assessments and investigations, as well as coordinating emergency response strategies and training. In this role, I have gained invaluable experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, project management, and policy development, which I believe will translate well into a similar positions.
My academic background in Security Management and my valid Security Guard licence as issued by the Private Security & Investigative Services Branch, Province of Ontario, have given me a comprehensive understanding of risk management, security trends, and regulatory compliance. I am also certified in Use of Force & Handcuffing and have completed First Aid and CPR training as well as emergency management courses.
In addition to my formal qualifications, I also bring to the table my strong leadership skills developed through experience playing professional rugby for the Canadian rugby league team and supervising leading work teams. I have a proven record of enhancing staff morale, training and development, and effective communication.

· Over 15 years experience in Investigation, Safety, Security and Risk Protection
· 10 + years experience reviewing and investigating complaints and gathering information for recommendations and solutions.
· Excellent organizational, administrative, time management and analytical skills
· Strong customer service, oral and written communications skills with the ability to prepare investigation documents and reports
· Demonstrated ability to impartially conduct investigation, assess evidence and conduct health and safety audits. Ability to utilize trauma informed lens when working with vulnerable population and dealing with systematic issues
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills, experience working with individuals from diverse background and in emotionally charged situations
· Experience developing strategies to effectively implement appropriate solutions for complaints and inquiries
· Bilingual - Fluent in English, Swahili (oral and written) also some Spanish
