“Hi, I’m Mandy Boyde. I’m currently enrolled in a Junior IT Analyst program and working toward my Google IT Support Certificate, which I’ll complete in January 2026. Through my coursework I’ve built a strong foundation in troubleshooting, user support, and data analysis.  I’ve learned how to identify technical issues, support users effectively, and help keep systems running smoothly. What draws me to the IT field is understanding how computers work and using problem-solving to help others with their technical challenges. 

Customer focus and technically inclined professional with over three years of experience in customer support, problem resolution, and conflict management within fast-paced environments. Strong communicator with proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team. Hands-on experience with POS systems, event coordination, and logistics, complemented by growing technical expertise in IT support, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and project management methodologies. Currently advancing technical credentials through formal IT training and industry-recognized certifications.

Currently completing the NPower Canada Junior IT Analyst Program, an intensive 14-week program focused on IT support fundamentals, including Windows and Linux configuration, hardware and IoT support, networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, and troubleshooting best practices. Also pursuing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and Google AI Essentials to strengthen foundational IT and technical support skills.
