As a results-focused digital marketing expert, with over ten years’ experience, I am skilled in the digital marketing strategy development, marketing campaigns, social media content development, ecommerce, demand generation, pay-per-click advertising, content development, graphic designing and video editing. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in effective communication, problem-solving and collaborative skills, including a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

At Hilti Group, where I executed digital marketing initiatives in the construction power tools industry. I had the opportunity to develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns that significantly increased new customer engagement and conversions. My strategic approach involved careful audience targeting, creative ad development, continuous performance review, campaign optimization, leading to a notable returns on investment. This experience honed my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of how to craft campaigns that resonate with audiences and meet business objectives. 

During my time as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Hilti, I grew the social media community by about 70% in Facebook followers, and 49% increase in LinkedIn followers. I accomplished this by using Facebook pixels for campaign tracking, leveraging custom audiences to accurately reach the target audience, achieving year on year sales figure growth, customer acquisition and return on ad spend (ROAS).. I also used effective community management practices. I built digital marketing campaigns on Meta’s platform for Facebook and Instagram advertising, Google ads and LinkedIn campaign manager. 

As Regional Ebusiness Manager for Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, I expanded my expertise in digital content management, overseeing ecommerce activities and enhancing user experiences across ten countries. This role reinforced my proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud and salesforce to create impactful content and campaigns. I developed and implemented a region wide content calendar for social media, website content and email marketing. I created and curated content with a consistent tone of voice and brand look and feel. I launched several employer brand initiatives and derived the community management playbook for the region. With an understanding of emerging market trends, I drove engagement on social media channels, increased digital adoption with key customers and productivity with internal stakeholders. In addition, I piloted the first continuous paid media campaign in META, which resulted in an ROI of 1009% after 3 months.

As Regional Digital Marketing Manager, I developed skills in strategic content creation, audience engagement, and digital storytelling. I launched several social media programs such as thought leadership, employee advocacy, influencer marketing and user generated content. I also launched regional TikTok and YouTube channels. While executing a paid media campaign to launch a new product, I produced ad copy, videos and visuals that were compelling and aligned with our brand voice. I collaborated with creative teams to translate for multiple language needs. I implemented the campaign and carefully monitored and optimized the campaign.

I am currently studying towards a Marketing Management Diploma at PACE (Professional, Applied, Continuous Education), University of Winnipeg.
