EVELYN TURINGAN

I am Evelyn Turingan. Single and a Permanent Resident of New Brunswick, Canada. I finished Bachelor of Science and Business Administration (BSBA) major in Accounting in the Philippines. I am currently enrolled taking the course on Accounting and Payroll Administration (APA) Program - evening class at Global College of Business and Technology, Calgary, Alberta. I previously worked at Plan International Philippines; an International Humanitarian Organization as Project  Coordinator . With this learning experience, I have generated a strong professional development, passion to non – violence and support the protection of children and to vulnerable individuals and families. Further more, I have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player and knowledgeable on Program and Project Management.

Professional Experiences:

Worked as Front line Staff; have working experiences on Bookkeeping and Accounting systems, on Office Management and Organizational skills; Excellent skills on Project and Program Management; knowledgeable on Microsoft Applications like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

 I am currently attending Evening Class on Accounting and Payroll Administration Program at Global College of Business and Technology,  Calgary Alberta ( March 2024 up to present) to further enhance my knowledge and skills on Canadian Accounting Systems and laws; On the other hand, I finished Bachelor of Science and Business Administration (BSBA) Major on Accounting - 1988 and Masters in Business Management (MBM) 1999 at University of La Salette, Santiago City, Philippines.
