About fatemeh nasiri:

CD19-CAR T cells as a treatment for Burkitt lymphoma were the focus of my Ph.D. thesis. Functional characterization of T cells embedded with novel VHH-anti-CD19 nanobodies in vitro and in vivo. As well, I have been assigned to an optimization study for large-scale lentivirus production with the goal of producing CAR-T cells. As part of my master's degree, I also investigated how preconditioning MSCs enhanced their effectiveness in treating mice with acute liver injuries

Experience

I have developed expertise across a range of techniques, including:

• Cell culture: Primary cells (Stem cells, T cells, NK cells, macrophages, and Dendritic cells) and suspended & adherent cell lines.
• Flow Cytometry: Single and multicolor gene expression detection, proliferation, apoptosis.
• Biochemistry: immunoprecipitation and western blotting (cell signaling).
• Bioinformatics: Snap gene, oligo 7, flow jo, ImageJ, Graph Pad PRISM.
• Animal Work: Anaesthetizing mice, Xenografts, injections (sc, i.v, i.p.), dosing.
• Cancer Assays: Cell proliferation and drug response assays, long-term viability by colony formation.
• Cell Line development: Patient-derived cell lines development, cell line development from xenografts.
• Cell Biology: Immunofluorescence, microscopy, fixed cell imaging.
• Cell Engineering: Genome editing with lentiviral vectors and CRISPR/Cas.
• Molecular Biology: DNA/RNA isolation, molecular cloning, PCR (regular and quantitative real-time), Gel Shift assays, Elisa technique.
