Education

• Develop and take charge of IT solution projects and ensure their achievements
• Define and analyze the needs expressed by customers from education networks as well as users of Collecto and propose IT solutions
• Collaborate in the analysis of costs and benefits, return on investment of solutions
• Administer the infrastructure environments under his responsibility to ensure the availability, reliability, security and integrity of the systems
• Analyze the business processes in place and make recommendations on best practices
• Inform and advise the staff and departments of the organization in the implementation, development and update of applications supported by Collecto
• Propose and ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures relating to infrastructure management
• Participate in software implementation or upgrade projects with stakeholders from other sectors of Collecto's activities
• Ensure the proper functioning and security of the infrastructure
• Collaborate in the planning and implementation of the work plan
• Carry out training or development with his peers
• Participate in the strategic reflection relating to the development of Collecto's IT sectors
