Left a family run business in Ireland which I ran for three years. Completed every task from cleaning to cash handling, budgeting, human resource management, bar tending, serving. No aspect of the business was untouched. 

Canadian career :Home & Away, sports bar hired me in 2017 as a server and I progressed to a brunch supervisor and moved within the group to St. James Corner Irish bar after a year . I was there from 2018- 2019  in a managerial position under two different general managers . Stock takes, employee rosters and budgets were some of my main roles.
