About Han Luo:

Hi, I'm Han. I'm currently a student at Palliser Beyond Borders doing academic upgrading to fulfil some of the needed requirements for my University Major: Physics. Currently, I'm unemployed, but I have been looking for employment to make some savings for myself, so I can have my own life someday. Due to fact that studying comes first, I can only work part time. Mondays-Fridays, I can begin work at 5 PM the earliest. Saturdays and Sundays are the only days that I can work flexible hours, but again, part time only. Overall, I have great math skills, interpretation skills, and communication skills. I'm goal-oriented, ambitious, and organized. I don't have have any job experience to date, so I need to do a job that doesn't involve working so fast-paced, which means a job where I can take my time. That way, I won't get too stressed out. Realistically, a position for my entry level where I can take my time would be a number of different options, such as a cashier, dishwasher, or kitchen helper. Again, I'm currently unemployed but with the skills and qualifications I have, I'm confident that I'll be able to do those jobs.

Experience

Although I have no job experience, I have gained experience from previous volunteer positions. Volunteering to be a library assistant in grade 9 from November 2017 to December 2017, I now have an idea on what it's like working within a group of people because I followed the recommendations on the organizations of books to ensure they get placed on the correct shelves. I also gained organizational skills from that position. When I volunteered at the Mountain View Bowling and Bowness Community Association, I also worked with people, and those applied to making guests feel welcomed and pleased. With this kind of experience, I'm confident that I'll be able to apply it to actual jobs and great guests in a friendly manner to make them feel warm and welcoming.
