WORK EXPERIENCE

1- Canada College of Arts and Business (CCAB) & Swenam College
Position HR Manager part time. Jan. ’24 – Present.
• Definition of the Mission, Vision and Values of CCAB.
• Develop and communicate HR, Health & Safety policies, employee handbook and code of conduct/ethics. 
• Develop and implement the full recruitment cycle process. Identify the best pool of candidates’ sources. Hire new associates.
• Develop and implement the onboarding process for new associates.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances as necessary by applying employment law.
• Develop a total rewards plan, including salary bands, research and implement the best benefits for associates.
• Definition and implementation of the performance management process. Train managers/supervisors to set SMART objectives and to provide constructive and active feedback to their associates. 
• Develop and implement the training plan based on training needs jointly with the department managers and performance management results. Act as a coach for other leaders.
• KPI. Prepare and generate regular HR reports for management with key indicators.
• Develop a diversity and inclusion program and collaborate with leadership to implement and support these initiatives.

2- CME (Clifton Myers Enterprise) - Wakapi. Multinational Software Factory 
Position: HRBP part time for BC’s operations. Apr. ´21 – Present.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and implement full recruitment cycle process. Headhunting for key positions to lead Canadian projects. Hiring and onboarding of new associates.
• Payroll supervision of Canadian associates. 
• Apply employment law to solve employee grievances and advise associates within this field.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate training annual plan and development programs for Canadian employees.
• Establish succession plans for key positions.
• Associates and stakeholders' service and support.
• Develop and implement policies & HR processes for Canada's operation.
• Coordinate internal communication.
• Coach and train leaders in soft skills. 
• Train the trainers.
• Developed and implemented an intranet platform for e-learning, development, and internal communication.

Position: Human Resources Manager Latam. Apr. ´20 – Apr. ’21.

Coordinates and supervises the full spectrum of HR responsibilities and tasks ranging from soft to hard areas such as full cycle recruitment, performance management, training and development, coaching, payroll management, total rewards, labor relations, etc. 
Key achievements: 
• Led organizational growth from 130 to 450 employees and created new business areas and positions.
• Led a cultural change focusing on talent management, resulting in a notably lower turnover rate by retaining key and high-potential talents.
• Significantly improved the work environment survey results through different action plans.
• Designed and implemented many processes to make the full recruitment cycle more efficient and effective.
• I designed and implemented the training and development program, focusing on high-potential profiles.
• Implemented a new payroll system that automized many of the tasks in this area.

Position: Human Resource Manager
Held a key position during the start-up period of the company’s manufacturing division to grow and establish itself in Argentina. Managed a team of 3 HR staff and oversaw all the HR responsibilities, such as improving internal communication, full recruitment cycle, training and development, Total rewards, labor relations, etc. 
Key achievements:
• Led the growth in human capital from 60 to 247 employees.
• Designed new positions and organizational structure to support strategic areas such as production, marketing, and sales.
• Developed training and development plans to meet the needs of the different business areas. 
• Developed career plans for each talent according to their potential and performance.
• Developed succession plans for key positions. 
• Implemented health and safety policies and procedures.

5- Bostik. Multinational American Adhesives Company. Aug. ‘12 – Sep. ´13 
Position: Human Resource Manager
Led 2 HR staff and oversaw the HR duties concerning 210 employees, such as overseeing the full recruitment cycle process, coaching and training leadership positions, coordinating and managing team building events, and measuring performance and work environment through surveys. Negotiation with the labor union of the chemical industry and legal conflicts with ex-employees.

6- JCCC S.A. Civil, Mining, Water and Hydro Construction Company. Aug. '10 – Jul. '12
Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Led a team of 7 HR staff and overlooked 1894 employees. Coordinated the full range of HR responsibilities, including full cycle recruitment, training and development, applied employment law, labor relations and negotiation with the construction union, etc.
