Ikenna Amanoh

A legal professional who prides himself in performing at an optimal level in every field and jurisdiction I find myself.

Before becoming a lawyer, I had worked in different fields in life ranging from financial field where understanding the implication and importance of handling finances was key to being a successful administrator. I also worked in sales which helped in building confidence to speak to potential clients and customers on a face to face basis.

Starting my own apiary, I also turned a hobby into a small business which was a fantastic experience. One which I will forever cherish, as it exposed me to agriculture, climate change and entrepreneurship. 

On my down time, i enjoy traveling,playing chess, watching football(soccer),swimming and taking the dog on long walks.

• Conducted inductions and trainings of newly appointed judicial officers on amended laws such as the Ethics and Code of Conduct Laws 2019; Childs Right Act 2012.
• Acted as a rapporteur and delivered reports for Magistrates, Judges, international dignitaries and bodies like the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC),on their projects such as; Strengthening the Nigerian Judicial System; International Project on Implementation Support.
• Produced and proof read speeches which were delivered by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
• Working in a team of 7 lawyers, we successfully annotated  the Administration of Criminal Justice Act of Nigeria 2015(ACJA)
• Facilitating research of other nations Judicial Institutes, the team produced recommendations to the director which helped to solve some frailties in our training methodologies.
