During this time, I have led projects such as new lines of beer in a family-owned brewery to having one of my products placed in Disney Land for an external customer. I have dealt with raw material and packaging suppliers, always ensuing that both the budget and timeline given were always met.

I graduated from Dublin City University back in 2016 with a degree in Biotechnology. My final year is specialized in the food and drinks industry., focusing on the chemistry behind both products and their packaging.
