Dedicated and student-focused teaching professional with twenty-one (21) years of experience of hand-on elementary and secondary school education and classroom management.  An effective educator committed to providing a well-balanced supportive and engaging learning environment for all students. In my previous roles as primary and secondary school teacher, I gained valuable experience in all aspects of teaching, including classroom management, lesson planning and curriculum development, assessment and evaluation.  I also took on additional responsibilities such as head of science department and member of the board of managements to ensure compliance with all school policy and procedures. I have proven myself to be adept at working both independently and in a team, and have successfully led groups of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
