Jason Webster-Craig
Manufacturing / Mechanical
About Jason Webster-Craig:
My name is Jason Webster-Craig, I am a Mechanical Engineer by education and have been working in the automotive manufacturing industry since I graduated from UNB in 2013. My wife and I will be re-locating back home to New Brunswick this summer to start our family.
Fresh out of school, I began my career as a maintenance intern and have slowly grown, position-by-position to the Continuous Improvement manager of a large manufacturing organization. My experience has varied considerably in this time as I've shown a great ability to adapt and overcome in any situation or project I've been involved with.
I enjoy managing projects and project teams, specifically connecting with my project team members and motivating them to enjoy their work and understand where they fit in to a greater goal. I am very comfortable leading meetings and task lists and try to approach every conversation/correspondence with a calming and positive attitude.
I am very much looking for my next professional home in New Brunswick and am positive my experience and skills will be an enormous asset to any organization. Thank you!
