I am a passionate professional driven by technology, team leadership, and the human value behind mission-critical systems. With over 10 years of experience in Data Center Operations, Telecom Infrastructure, IT Project Management, and Digital Transformation, I’ve built a solid and versatile background focused on operational reliability, precision, and customer service.

Currently working as an Assistant Manager at Equinix, I lead day-to-day field operations in a 24/7 critical environment, where uptime and responsiveness are non-negotiable. I manage complex technical projects, supervise cross-functional teams, interact with strategic clients, and coordinate high-level vendors — all with one clear goal: delivering quality, continuity, and security of service.  

My professional journey also includes key roles at SFR, RATP, and Orange Business Services, where I developed expertise in fiber infrastructure, technical support (L2/L3), network engineering, and digital innovation. I combine hands-on technical acumen with a strategic mindset and strong adaptability.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (EPSI – France) and an Advanced Technical Diploma in Telecom & Networks (AFPA – Cisco CCNA focused). I also earned certifications from McKinsey & Company in Business Fundamentals, Strategy, and Problem Solving, and leadership training via LinkedIn Learning.

Experience

Over the past decade, I’ve built a well-rounded career in IT operations, telecom infrastructure, and technical project management. I’ve had the opportunity to lead complex initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to mission-critical environments across several major organizations.

Currently, I serve as an Assistant Manager at Equinix, where I oversee day-to-day IBX operations in a 24/7 data center. My role includes supervising technicians, managing client escalations, coordinating vendors, and driving continuous service improvement. I’m also actively involved in technical planning, preventive maintenance, and multi-site project delivery.

Prior to that, I worked at SFR in multiple capacities: as a Fiber Production Manager, Infrastructure Project Lead, and Escalation Expert. Through these roles, I managed engineering teams, led the production of complex fiber deployments, supported regional technical operations, and ensured SLA compliance for major clients.

At RATP, I acted as a Digital Project Manager, identifying user needs, running benchmarks and PoCs, and helping shape the group’s digital transformation strategy alongside senior executives.

My early career began at Orange Business Services, where I worked as a Network Technician, supporting national VoIP and VPN migration projects for large accounts like BNP Paribas and RTE.

Throughout my journey, I’ve cultivated a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise, client-oriented service delivery, and a proactive approach to leadership and collaboration.

Education

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from EPSI – School of Engineering (France), with a specialization in IT infrastructure, systems & networks, project management, and IT governance. This training helped me develop strong skills in aligning IT strategy with business goals, managing service levels (SLA), securing information systems, and leading technical projects.

 

Earlier in my career, I completed an Advanced Technician Diploma in Network and Telecommunications at AFPA (France), which included intensive preparation for the Cisco CCNA certification. This hands-on program focused on configuring, securing, and maintaining enterprise networks.

To strengthen my business and leadership profile, I also earned several professional certifications:
