• Ensure Accuracy of Inventory results of the Stores, comparing past inventory results- delegated with 88 to 100 stores.
• Variance Analysis: Investigating of Inventory Shrinks & resolving issues within a given period.
• Compare inventory results between past and current Dealers and do the needful FSOA (Final Statement of Accounts) Adjustments that resolve issues of bounce backs on the Inventory results.
• Work on Shrink Adjustments when needed to adjust on items in Prior periods that impacted inventory due to possible item set-up issues.
• Maintain a log of what is to be held and released in terms of Inventory shrinks within a given accounting period.
• Assist and review Invoice-processing Errors with Store Managers and Market Managers, ensuring all invoices EDI & Non-EDI are processed within the stipulated timelines.
• Liaisons with Market Manager and Store Operator to enforce Company policy and procedures that track Inventory movements, Charges, Cash Paid out and General Store Operation Inquiries.
• Work with Price Book team to resolve Price Book Issues that come forth when processing Supplier Invoices Including Price discrepancies and possible margin errors.
• Provide accurate Info to the Market Management team to identify Problematic areas and stores.
• Review and make necessary correction on Split Adjustments & Bad merchandize write offs made by Market Managers.
• Maintain a log of all store-related Correspondences.
• Trained 7 Personnel during to become competent Accounting Analysts
