I have extensive experience in hardware and software implementation, collaborating with teams to deploy solutions that meet specific organizational needs. Additionally, I am proficient in various business applications, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, which I have utilized to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within organizations. I also have experience with Accpac for financial management and have worked extensively with both Windows and macOS environments, enabling me to support diverse user needs across different platforms. My broad skill set enables me to make effective contributions to any technical project or initiative.

I completed two academic programs: an Associate Degree in Computer Technology, which provided me with foundational skills in programming, networking, and system administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, where I gained in-depth knowledge of software development, database management, and information systems. These courses equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the IT field and prepared me for various career opportunities in technology.
