Hello,
I am a dedicated and focused Project Coordinator located in Leduc Alberta. I have been working in the New Home Construction Industry for the past 8 years. I have worked in various departments such as Inventory Control, Data Analisys, Project Management, Operations Management and most recently Project Coordination for a large commercial construction company. My family and I have recently found ourselves at a turning point living in Canada and are looking for new opportunities.
I have always strived to see the bigger picture and am drawn to helping organizations improve and excel at their processes. I firmly believe that productivity within a company is only as good as their process. Process in which each and every individual is well versed in and practices on a daily basis.

Experience
I started my career as an Administrative Assistant for one of the largest home builders in Alberta under the umbrella of one of the largest developers Qualico. Over the course of the 5 years at Sterling Homes I gradually created my own position of Inventory Coordinator/Data Analysist. I had a pivotal role in the growth of the company contributing to the strategic placement of spec homes in certain subdivisions and projection of sales. I later transitioned into the Custom Home Building industry where my main role was Operations Mangement. I assisted the Project Manager in every aspect of construction from obtaining the project to possession day. My main role was improving process and analyzing budgets and managing subcontractors, and optimizing workflows to improve operational performance. I am adept at implementing project controls, monitoring KPIs, and driving strategic improvements in field operations. My most recent role as a Project Coordinator is relatively new since I am most familiar with the residential construction industry and I have transitioned to Commercial. My role is mainly focused on tracking change orders, obtaining new clients, monitoring job schedules and I leverage construction management software, such as Procore and Microsoft Project, to streamline workflows and keep stakeholders aligned.
Now, I’m actively seeking to bring my skills and leadership to a U.S.-based organization. I’m particularly drawn to the dynamic opportunities in the American market, where I can contribute to forward-thinking companies that value operational strategy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
As someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to new challenges, I’m confident my international perspective and results-driven approach will be a strong asset to any U.S. team looking to strengthen their operations.
Education
I have taken the land development course through PHBI along with the estimating course here in Alberta. My most relevant education consists within my work experience.
