About Mackenzie Dwinnell:

I am someone who loves to bake. I have been baking since I was a kid, and making and decorating cakes since I was 15. I have been working in a professional kitchen for the past 3 years. 

I am hard working, can work quickly and efficiently, I am able to lift heavy things, and I have experience in large production.     

Experience

From 2018 - 2020 I volunteered at the Royal Canadian Legion. My responsibilities include; set tables, put out food, help clean, wash dishes.

From 2021 - 2022 I worked at showcase as a sales associate. My responsibilities include; assisting customers, stock shelves, count inventory, count out change. 

From 2022 - 2025 I worked at Dons bakery as a baker. My responsibilities include; Scaling ingredients, make mixes, Make/shape bread such as Kaisers, Hot cross, Onion buns, Cinnamon buns, scones, and various other breads.
