Madelyn Mason

I like to think of myself as a walking, talking contradiction. I am creative and logical, resilient and sensitive, structured and flexible, and a leader and a follower all at the same time. Being the human form of a oxymoron has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of complex problems and be a big-picture thinker.

Whether I am creating a strategy, product, or service, I like to lead with empathy and curiosity. When I'm addressing a problem or an opportunity, I find having a deep understanding of all moving parts is what allows me to create the most impactful solution.

I look at everything as an opportunity for growth and development, both personally and professionally. My goal is to be apart of a working community where I can learn and make a positive impact.

My experience, most recently, is as a Marketing Coordinator for ROMEOs Kitchen + Spirits. This included developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. On top of my marketing experience, I've worked in Tourism and Hospitality for over 6 years. My positions have ranged from administrator, sales specialist, tour guide, and lead deckhand to bartender, host, and lead server. 

Recently, I graduated from Royal Roads University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management. This was an applied business program focused on developing innovative products, services, and strategies for businesses. Over the course of this program, I have gained a strong understanding of all facets of business and specialized in marketing and product design.
