- Help clients participate in community activities and social interactions providing emotional support.
- Resolved 100% of client complaints quickly and responsibly, promoting love, trust and respect
- Administer and record medications and monitor clients' health conditions under the approved guidelines.
- Support client's needs and advocate for them when necessary.
- Study and implement individualized support plans (ISP) approved and crisis intervention management.
- Ensure effective communication both written and verbal with clients and other staff members.
