Maryam Abbasipour

As a recent graduate in Network Administration and Computer Security, I am well-equipped with the latest technical knowledge and skills required to maintain and secure computer networks. With previous experience as a project coordinator, I am also adept at managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception through to completion. I am eager to apply my expertise in a hands-on role, and am actively seeking an internship or job opportunity to further develop my skills in network and computer security management.

• Good familiarity with different programming languages (C#, Python, PowerShell and CMD)
• Adequate knowledge of the architecture of network systems (Installation, configuration and security at hardware and software level)
• Windows/Linux server management (Installation, maintenance, and configuration of different servers such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of “Cisco Certified Network Associate” (CCNA)
• Plan, design, implement and maintain security platforms and related software (Endpoint Protection, Email Protection and Firewalls)
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (office suite and office 365)
• Helpdesk and technical support capability
• Identifying and exploiting common web-application vulnerabilities, such as: SQL Injection
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMWare, VM)
• Knowledge of WAN technologies, IP telephony, IPSEC tunneling, Configure and solve VoIP problems.
• Knowledge of scalable networks including Cloud, Virtualization, SDN and IoT

Familiarity with system vulnerability detection software such as Nmap and Wireshark
