• Contributed to the center's reputation as a leading one for successful start-ups by investigating over 100 applications from new start-ups seeking admission to the center and conducting comprehensive analyses of their feasibility studies, financial projections, and market research to assess the viability of proposed ventures, and providing expert advice to start-ups to help them refine their applications 
• Supported the growth of over 20 start-ups to secure significant funding and achieve notable milestones by guiding their strategic planning, marketing, fundraising, and preparation for start-ups investor pitch events, resulting in several successful admissions to top-tier technology parks

• Collaborated with the Fujitsu Co-creation Research Lab and a team of WirLab at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department on researching “AI in telecommunication”

• Regulated the selection of elite researchers and technology developers to create a fair and productive environment, improve incentives, and establish a culture of innovation in technology development
• Regulated the university’s rights in the published theses and dissertations as well as patents and legal agreements to raise the university’s academic rankings and support its intellectual property 
• Regulated the process of granting the USB incentive rewards based on the university’s research and technology development strategies, and its future visions

• Promoted the start-up to become tax-exempt and gain government credit for financial support (a high-rank level for start-ups growing in Iran) as the team lead and technical manager of the vehicular telecommunications projects for two years

• Developed and implemented an organizational chart to streamline financial and administrative processes, and outsourced expert training, counseling, and mentoring services to external vendors,  resulting in significant cost savings and increased the growth of the incubator, which was able to provide high-quality support to a greater number of start-ups with limited resource
• Spearheaded efforts including hosting events, using media, and collaborating with research centers and industry associations, to attract new start-ups whose innovative ideas addressed a diverse range of challenges in the region, resulting in a significant increase in applications and admissions and raising the visibility of the incubator in less than one year

• Research Manager of “Electronic Smart Prisons” for the Prisons Bureau to collect the innovations in implementing new prisons equipped with emerging technologies, and “Electricity Theft Avoidance Techniques” for the Electricity Distribution Company of Sistan & Baluchestan province

• Planning and implementing computer training courses for over7000 students and administrative staff
• Preparing learners for the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) certificates of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare
