As an individual, I take pride in being a hard worker, a team player, and loyal to my employer. I consider myself to be a natural leader, and by applying these traits throughout my career, I have achieved significant accomplishments. I consistently exceeded company expectations and have received promotions within months of being employed due to my commitment and ability to learn quickly. The customer service and interpersonal skills I have developed over the years, has enabled me to transition into various roles with ease and confidence. I am genuinely passionate and motivated about my tasks or opportunities assigned to me, and I address them in a timely manner.

My experience in the security and customer service fields has exposed me to a variety of individuals across diverse settings and situations. These interactions have taught me that possessing an empathetic and understanding nature allows me to adapt to any situation that arises. Engaging with clients on a one-on-one basis has underscored the importance of listening to everyone around me-whether they are clients, patrons, or coworkers-in order to achieve the best outcomes. My extensive tenure in security has instilled in me the confidence to manage any situation directly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude, all the while being sensitive to individuals and their circumstances. I have discovered that I can connect with others in a compassionate manner, and instilling comfort and confidence in a relationship I build.

I have reached a point in my career where I am ready to transition out of the salon industry, and would like to focus my strongest assets and transferable skills by applying them to a fulfilling a new career path that is more sustainable and less physically demanding. I am conscientious, take my responsibility seriously, and conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner at all times while maintaining a light and casual atmosphere. I have established better organization and workplace environments for both staff and upper management to streamline communication and enhance operational efficiency. I am confident that I will bring a positive attitude, efficient work ethic, warm and caring demeanor, excellent time management skills, and motivation to my new environment.

My professional experience has brought me many different attributes and skills. My strength being customer service, but I also have experience in management, supervisory positions, event security, which has brought me a plethora of problem, solving skills.
