I bring a well-rounded background in sales, hospitality, and frontline customer service. Most recently, I worked as an Assistant, Server, and Cook at Fruit Burst Juice and Nutrition Bar, where I delivered exceptional customer experiences, handled transactions, resolved issues, and supported smooth team operations during peak service hours.

Before that, I was a Senior Business Development Associate at uFaber EdTech, where I specialized in client relationship management, sales compliance, and escalation resolution. My efforts led to improved client satisfaction and retention, and I was often the go-to person for handling complex service issues. I also collaborated with internal teams to gather insights, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver reports that informed strategic decisions.
