• I am an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a decade of experience in a multidisciplinary technical knowledge within the field of Operations and Maintenance Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Engineering Management in Aluminium Smelting Operations (Mining Sector) and Industry. 
• I have a track record of achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness with the ability to investigate complaints and suggestions, define scope of work, and contribute to resource planning, scheduling, anticipating problems and developing operational solutions by ensuring compliance with ISO Standards, OSHA standards and company, international or engineering standards.
• I focus on key areas including building strong teams, being a servant leader, having effective communication between stakeholders and management, operational excellence and lean six sigma, and achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets with cross-functional experience in Finance, IT, HR, and Logistics and Supply Chain. 
• Chartered Member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE): Licensed Mechanical Engineer in Ghana (Mechanical/Agricultural/Marine Division).
