About Nina Fowler:

A Ph.D in medical research, with a passion for pursuing applied medical research. Although scientifically trained, including a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School, my passion led me to Clinical Research. As a senior clinical research coordinator, I have significant experience, however critical illness resulted in a 10-year gap. I am currently weeks away from completing a certificate in Advance Clinical Research from MacMaster University, updating my knowledge and understanding of clinical research. Together, I have extensive knowledge in clinical research trials from start up to close out. 

Experience

My professional experience includes Senior Clinical Research Coordinator positions at CHEO  and in an ICU in Australia. I have also developed a clinical trial funded by Fisher Paykel. I have also been involved in the development of vaccines, lecturing and teaching laboratory techniques at workshop in Indonesia run by WHO.
