Have 3 years of practical experience in customer service. Worked with an e-commerce company in the past in providing resolutions to problems and assisting clients with enquiries. Was able to attend to client's requests and issues via emails, calls and chats. 

Education

After acquiring a BSc in political science, now in college to get a 2 years degree in journalism. Currently in Seneca College. The expected year of graduation is 2024.
