I have over 5 years of experience in sales, customer service and people management. I started my career in sales, where I proffered solutions to walk-in customers and managed the operations of the store, I moved on to working with a consultancy firm where I got to analyze businesses and identify issues in different markets and build solutions to help generate sales. At my last job, I managed projects with over 50 sales agents and successfully generated results and surpassed sales targets by 10% on a monthly basis. I have been appointed to set up telesales units in other African countries such as Ghana and Senegal.
I have a wide range of experience and I have worked in diverse cultures successfully. I am a people person so I get to mingle easily with my colleagues and superiors and also with the customers. I am a very passionate person, I thrive to attain excellence which is one of the major values that I know organizations stand for, I am goal-oriented and result driven and I give value in any space I find myself. My motto in life is to make an impact in any area I find myself and this is why I believe I am an asset to any organization I get to work with.
