  • Compiled and analyzed financial data for UWill Discover, preparing detailed reports on event costs, expenditures, and resource allocation for internal review and informed decision-making.

Materials Engineer| July 2019 – May 2023

Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), Abuja, Nigeria 

  • Compiled zonal fire statistics by analyzing data from emergency incident reports.
  • Coordinated the inspection of public/private buildings to ensure fire compliance.           
  • Tested engineering materials for fire resistance and used the results to recommend fire protection measures.
  • Prepared data-driven technical reports summarizing materials test results and inspection findings.

Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Port-Harcourt, Nigeria.

  • Welded pipelines using SMAW welding procedures.
  • Beveled and prepared pipe specimens for materials joining by tack welding.
  • Performed rooting, filler/hot passes and capping of weld joints.
  • Continuously monitored and optimized pipeline welding procedure qualifications, to ensure compliance with industry standards (API 1104) for production quality.
  • Facilitated the inspection of welded joints for reliability, wear resistance, and durability in harsh/corrosive environments following basic API 577 standards.
  • Revised and implemented safety regulations and guidelines for equipment, personnel, and plant layout to maintain a smooth motion economy for humans and machinery.
  • Collected/analyzed site production metrics data and KPIs, identified improvement areas, and executed effective solutions to reduce waste, minimize idle time, and increase efficiency.
