I have several years of customer service experience, including working in multicultural environments. Positions I’ve held include hotel receptionist as a Guest Service Agent and Night Auditor, product analyst and customer service in a wide range of fields such as hostess, barista, waitress and sales assistant.
My key strengths are my solid communication and organizational skills and excellent customer service skills. I utilize technology to assist me wherever possible and have a good working knowledge of a number of computer applications including MS Office and the Hotel Management software Opera PMS, Opera Cloud, Sihot and NewBook.
Education
Graduated in a Master's Degree in Travel and Tourism and Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Journalism. Also I did an exchange program for a year in Belgium
