Paula Lumley

I have been an RN for 25 years. I started my career in LTC for 1.5 years. I have worked 15 yrs as an Emergency room nurse. I have spent the last 10 yrs working a combination of Pre-Admit, pre & post surgical day care, recovery room phase I and II, operating rooms, and endoscopy. I have worked with populations of all ages, varying acuities, and comorbidities.

I have obtained various certifications and education particular to the job duties I have held. I have been a member of an Accreditation team and participated in LEAN Sigma training. My past experience has also placed me in many shift supervisory, clinical lead, and charge nurse opportunities. 

I have excellent communication and computer skills necessary to facilitate an efficient and high quality team dynamic. My interpersonal skills and vast knowledge often place the patient and their families at ease, facilitating and supporting the patient’s medical progression.
