I Enrolled in Junior IT Professional Program with Npower Canada. IT passionate individual, I am looking for an opportunity to work in IT support. Through completion of Google IT Support Professional Certificate, I have gained hands-on experience of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components on Windows/windows Servers, Active Directory, iOS, Android, and Linux operating systems. I have been trained on customer support & ServiceNow Foundations, to contribute effectively to the organization. 
I am a quick learner and have a great zeal for the IT world. I am confident that my knowledge, skills and previous work experience will bring added values to the table.

As an IT Analyst student with NPower Canada, I am well versed in IT Support, like installing
and uninstalling windows and Linux applications, troubleshooting issues, and problem-solving
core and support challenges that are relevant to the position, I hold a graduate degree in
Bachelors of commerce, and training from NPower Canada on Junior IT Analyst Program
which makes me a strong candidate to fill this position.
As noted in the job description, I am seeking an IT Systems Analyst with IT analyst experience,
even though I do not have prior experience, as an IT analyst student, I’ve had a number of
accomplishments that I am proud of, including I have collected company's strategies and
returns to analyze their future growth in my college project and I have worked as a coordinator
and event planner in various social organizations.
In addition, I am a very good communicator and find it's easy for me to relate to other people
and really enjoy learning new things and am constantly seeking out new learning
opportunities. I bring a high level of commitment and dedication to every new role, seeking
continuous growth and improvement.
