About Rosie Wilson:

Over 8 years of experience in Marketing, Partnerships and Content Production, in B2C and B2B organisations, focusing on health, wellbeing and fashion retail.

Having launched an award-winning On Demand platform and now leading Education at Vivobarefoot, including our educational platform, VivoHealth, I'm dedicated to adding value for hundreds of thousands of customers. I love combining my commercial mindset, data driven approach and passion for Excel (yes, really) with my creativity and problem solving skills.

I thrive on delivering and measuring impact, dedicating my time and energy to organisations that are truly committed to making a positive difference on people and the planet.

Experience

As Lead of Vivobarefoot’s Education department, I develop and execute strategic education initiatives that significantly enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Leading the vision and strategy for Education. An insight-driven approach based on delivering real value for customers. Increased platform members by 4400% in 3 years and LTV by £198.

Driving membership engagement. Collaborating with the CRM team, leading the strategy for educational email content with focus on personalization and segmentation.

Defining the Education calendar and roadmap. Working cross functionally to align initiatives and offers with the wider marketing and e-commerce calendar, alongside campaign development.

Creating content that wows. Producing high-quality educational content in collaboration with creatives, designers and copywriters. Resonating with customers at every stage of their journey.

Championing Education. Engaging stakeholders across Brand, CRM, and other channels to enhance customer experience with targeted education throughout the lifecycle.

Analysing member data and identifying trends. Interrogating data to improve the customer experience and drive loyalty.

Regular reporting on KPIs. Presenting impact to senior leadership and updating wider stakeholders on performance, with visualized data. Regular presentations to the whole organisation.

Forecasting for success and truly optimizing the budget. Forecasting for the financial year, tracking costs and creating efficiencies with rigorous planning.
